Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals. Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting and optimal timing for audience engagement. Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to foster positive relationships. Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to reach specific audiences and achieve measurable results. Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Web Analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, and creative departments to align messaging and maximize marketing impact. Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to company websites or e-commerce platforms. Proofread all content meticulously to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency before publication. Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media management. Experience Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms. Expertise in content creation using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools for compelling visual storytelling. Familiarity with social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring online conversations and managing community engagement. Strong understanding of SEO principles combined with experience in keyword research and web analytics for optimizing digital content. Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms with proven ROI results. Knowledge of branding strategies, public relations practices, and relationship management within digital spaces. Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics or similar tools to derive actionable insights that inform marketing strategies. Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished, professional, and aligned with brand voice. Prior experience supporting e-commerce initiatives through digital marketing efforts is a plus.
