Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated

Canvass Manager to lead our outreach efforts and drive community engagement. Duties Supervise and motivate a team of canvassers to ensure high performance and engagement during door-to-door campaigns Develop and implement strategic canvassing plans aligned with organizational goals Train team members on effective communication, sales techniques, and customer service best practices Coordinate daily schedules, assign territories, and monitor progress to meet outreach targets Conduct quality control checks on canvassing activities to ensure professionalism and adherence to guidelines Engage with community members through respectful dialogue, promoting our organization's mission and services Collect feedback from the field to improve campaign strategies and outreach effectiveness Skills Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on team leadership Strong marketing skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences Excellent customer service skills to foster positive community relationships Experience in door-to-door canvassing, sales, or telemarketing is highly desirable Bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse populations are a plus Exceptional communication skills for clear, persuasive dialogue and negotiation Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills for planning routes, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes Knowledge of fundraising techniques and community engagement strategies Join us as a Canvass Manager and lead impactful outreach initiatives that inspire change! Pay:

$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
