As part of the Breast Cancer Global Commercial Franchise, we have an exciting opportunity for a Global Marketing Associate Director to help shape brand strategy and execution in breast cancer. This is a high-impact global role focused on both launch maximization for approved indications and market shaping and launch readiness for pipeline opportunities. Reporting to the Global Commercial Head, this position will play a key role in defining the future of the brand, working across regions and functions to translate strategy into action and deliver meaningful outcomes for patients. This position is based in Gaithersburg, MD.
Accountabilities:
Lead brand strategy execution for breast cancer indications, including tactical planning and budget management. Drive global marketing deliverables through the Integrated Business Team (IBT). Partner with regions and markets to strengthen launch readiness, with a focus on market shaping, scenario planning, and execution of key initiatives for early-stage opportunities. Build strong relationships across global, regional, and country teams to align on strategy, enable effective execution, and foster a high-performing, collaborative environment. Work cross-functionally with teams including Insights, Market Access, Medical, Diagnostics, and Corporate Affairs to develop and implement strategic and operational plans. Support insight generation by engaging with experts, healthcare professionals, and patient groups to inform strategy and decision-making. Manage external partners, including agencies, consultants, and vendors, to ensure high-quality delivery against brand priorities.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry brand marketing, sales, market research/analytics, strategic planning Strong marketing experience, including brand strategy, positioning, messaging, segmentation, targeting, agency management, and annual budget planning Experience working on a global and/or regional brand team Demonstrated ability to generate customer insights and translate them into impactful brand strategies in a competitive environment Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and teams
Desirable Skills/Experience:

Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
