Job Summary Cisive's healthcare-focused PreCheck division is growing quickly, and its partner ecosystem is a key driver of that growth. The Senior Partner Marketing Manager (Healthcare) is a strategic, hands-on marketer responsible for building and managing partner marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline impact. This role collaborates cross-functionally across Partnerships, Marketing, Sales, and Field teams to activate partners, execute co-marketing initiatives, and deliver scalable programs. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Own healthcare partner marketing strategy across ATS/HRIS, GPO, and association partners.
  • Build annual and quarterly co-marketing plans including joint value propositions and campaign calendars.
  • Identify growth opportunities across integration partners and channels and translate them into executable plans.
  • Lead execution of joint initiatives: webinars, events, email campaigns, content syndication, and cross-promotion.
  • Develop partner assets including one-pagers, solution briefs, case studies, decks, and enablement kits.
  • Manage integrated partner launches with Product and Partnerships.
  • Partner with Sales and BDR teams to create partner-specific collateral.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen/ABM to build partner-influenced pipeline programs.
  • Create partner-specific messaging addressing healthcare hiring realities.
  • Equip partner teams with positioning, talking points, FAQs, and campaign-in-a-box materials.
  • Enable internal Sales/CS teams to leverage partners in the sales cycle.
  • Measure partner impact and provide reporting to GTM leadership. Minimum Qualifications
  • Required
  • 7-10 years B2B marketing experience with proven GTM impact.
  • 3-5 years partner marketing experience (alliances, channel, tech partnerships).
  • Healthcare industry background.
  • Experience running integrated campaigns tied to revenue outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Excellent writing and messaging skills. Preferred Qualifications
  • Background screening, HR tech, or compliance-adjacent experience.
  • Experience marketing
ATS/HRIS
integrations.
  • Familiarity with GPO and association marketing in healthcare. Working Conditions
