This is a very important position for the expansion of our company and our compensation reflects that. Only Professional experienced candidate need apply. Responsibilities Recruit, Hire, and train new canvassers. Manage and oversee a team of canvassers Monday through Saturday Train and mentor canvassers on effective sales techniques, negotiation skills, and lead generation strategies. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the canvassing team, providing feedback and coaching as needed. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. Maintain accurate records through our company CRM. Skills Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing a team of field canvassers. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade potential clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent team lead who can motivate and empower others. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using CRM software
