Job Description

The Brand Training Manager is responsible for the development, production and overall project management of retail Sales and After Sales training materials for North America. The role functions as an integral team member -- partnering with writers, instructional designers, video producers, graphic designers, and interactive specialists on a wide variety of projects to ensure materials are created and delivered on time and within budget. Projects may include web, mobile, live, print, video and experiential elements, with exposure to a variety of different organizations, management levels, and cultures across Stellantis. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as the Liaison between the Brand team and the Performance Institute Development Team Understand training and communication objectives and work with the Performance Institute team to formulate and present a plan that will achieve the respective goals Understand and communicate changes to Vehicle lineups, specifications, brand messaging and any other relevant information to Performance Institute Team Members Lead the development, production and execution of content for sales support tools, dealer training, product information tools (including iShowroom) and websites Oversight of the development of marketing programs and training to support the communication of vehicle features, benefits and availability Resource allocation requests to complete project tasks to meet deadlines Interface with all levels of the organization to communicate Stellantis objectives and manage projects to completion Manage and communicate with multiple cross-functional project teams, vendors, SMEs and stakeholders throughout all stages of the project life cycle from design, development, launch, measurement (KPI) to project close Organize and maintain content libraries and asset lists Ensure projects meet or exceed quality criteria and business needs Identify potential risks to project implementation (deviation of milestones, budget, timelines) Maintain and track project changes (year-to-year changes, including budget, resources) Maintain a thorough understanding of current Stellantis and Brand advertising/marketing themes to ensure message consistency and impact Create, distribute and maintain various status, progress and forecast reports to project teams, Brand teams and upper management Create, distribute, maintain and continuously implement all project plans to ensure all projects timing deadlines are met Assist financial team for project budgets, forecasts, timely vendor invoice submission and invoice approvals
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience 5+ years project management related experience Ability to work autonomously and make key decisions on high-profile programs Excellent organizational and project management skills Experience with working in and adapting to an agile environment Excellent project management and process improvement experience Vendor management experience Excellent and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills - problem solver who can synthesize information and knowledge to achieve a viable business solution Time management, ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines within budget parameters
Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Power Point, and Excel Preferred Qualifications:
