The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience creating cannabis retail promotions, managing Weedmaps and Dutchie backends, maintaining online menus, and executing social media marketing campaigns that increase traffic and revenue. Key Responsibilities Promotions & Sales Strategy Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly dispensary promotions. Develop discount strategies that drive revenue while protecting margins. Analyze sales trends and customer purchasing behavior to optimize deals. Coordinate vendor promotions, brand activations, and customer appreciation events. Track promotion performance and provide reporting to management. Dutchie & Weedmaps Management Manage and maintain Dutchie and Weedmaps menus. Ensure all products, pricing, descriptions, and inventory are accurate. Create and schedule promotions using the Dutchie Discount Tool. Build featured collections, banner promotions, and menu merchandising. Monitor online ordering performance and troubleshoot menu issues. Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure menu accuracy and product availability. Social Media & Digital Marketing Manage all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and Google Business Profile. Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and promotional graphics. Develop monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns. Respond to customer messages, comments, and online reviews. Coordinate influencer partnerships and community engagement initiatives. Track engagement, reach, and campaign performance metrics. Additional Responsibilities Assist with email and SMS marketing campaigns. Coordinate in-store events and vendor pop-ups. Monitor competitor pricing and promotional activity. Ensure all marketing materials comply with Michigan CRA advertising regulations. Collaborate with management on revenue growth strategies. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of cannabis retail marketing experience preferred. Experience using Weedmaps backend and Dutchie backend is required. Experience creating promotions and using the Dutchie Discount Tool. Strong understanding of dispensary retail operations. Experience managing cannabis menus and product merchandising. Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to analyze sales and marketing data. Preferred Qualifications Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms. Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Photography and video editing skills. Knowledge of Michigan CRA advertising and compliance regulations. Performance Expectations Maintain accurate online menus across all platforms. Increase online traffic, customer engagement, and sales. Execute promotions that drive measurable revenue growth. Keep Weedmaps and Dutchie menus updated daily.
