  • Full-time A rapidly growing cannabis company is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee wholesale sales initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and support long-term commercial growth across Michigan.
This role will lead retail account management, sales operations, marketing coordination, and customer engagement while partnering closely with cultivation, production, and fulfillment teams to align inventory, product launches, and customer demand. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the cannabis landscape, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to both sales and brand development. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing relationship management, operational coordination, strategic growth, and community presence within the cannabis industry. Marketing & Brand Management Collaborate with the Head of Operations to support and execute brand strategy initiatives. Oversee brand consistency across product presentation, marketing materials, campaigns, and customer-facing communications. Assist in planning product launches, promotional campaigns, and market activation efforts. Monitor cannabis market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to support strategic decision-making. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, dispensary activations, and partner meetings as a brand representative and community advocate. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in cannabis sales, account management, marketing, or business development. Strong understanding of the Michigan cannabis market and retailer landscape preferred. Experience working with CRM systems and cannabis compliance/inventory tracking platforms. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with dispensaries, buyers, and distribution partners. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving industry environment. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
