As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Marketing & Agent Services Manager to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

The Marketing & Agent Services Manager plays a key role in supporting our agents and maintaining our brokerage's brand presence across multiple marketing channels. This individual will oversee day-to-day management of marketing platforms, 3rd-party vendor relationships, and agent onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, familiar with real estate systems, and passionate about helping others succeed.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate marketing efforts across all RE/MAX Real Estate Professionals offices and agent teams. Oversee and maintain relationships with 3rd-party vendors and marketing platforms. Assist with marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print initiatives. Support agents with marketing needs, branding, and online presence. Coordinate onboarding for new agents and assist with their integration into brokerage systems. Hold training classes for agents on technology tools, marketing best practices, and company resources. Perform light MLS tasks, such as entering listings and supporting compliance as needed. Manage office marketing materials and maintain brand consistency across all channels. Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure smooth brokerage operations.

Qualifications:

Experience in marketing, real estate operations, or administrative management (real estate office experience preferred). Familiarity with Lansing area real estate systems including FLEX MLS and Dotloop . Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient with social media platforms, Canva, Google Workspace, and general marketing tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Dedicated, dependable, and looking for a long-term role within a top-performing real estate brokerage. A Michigan Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license is encouraged but not required.
