The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and passionate about creating engaging campaigns that drive attendance, revenue, and brand awareness. This role oversees digital marketing, promotions, social media, email marketing, advertising, partnerships, and event marketing while collaborating closely with operations teams to support business objectives. Learn more at zone-entertainment.com. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, guest traffic, and revenue. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI, ROAS, and conversion rates. Oversee social media content calendars, engagement, and community management. Create and coordinate promotional campaigns, special events, and seasonal offers. Manage email marketing campaigns and customer communications. Coordinate graphic design, photography, video production, and other creative assets. Maintain website content and ensure accuracy of promotional information. Build relationships with community organizations, schools, businesses, influencers, and media partners. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of marketing experience, including management of social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, email marketing, and analytics. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools preferred. Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
