Job Description

Manage global licensing programs for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Mopar trademarksPrimarily replica and gaming categoriesDrive royalty revenue through the production and sale of branded consumer productsSales forecasting and budget responsibilityPartner with agencies to develop strategies identifying opportunities to expand global footprintWork with brand teams to develop products in support of vehicle product actionsCollaborate with brand marketing, product planning, and design to support future brand initiativesDevelop and expand brand partnerships through licensing and merchandise activationsPitch proposals into brand leadership for approval, based on best-in-class quality and most favorable commercial termsBuild relationships with key licensees to bring licensed products to the retail marketGovern internal compliance and approval process for licensing agreements through cross-functional partners including Operations, Finance and LegalMaintain tracking on various steps through the licensing deal memo and agreement execution process for all dealsOwn the brand protection program managing the defense against counterfeit products globallyReview and approve licensee projects from concept through launch including product development, packaging, and marketing assetsOngoing benchmarking and trend analysis to ensure in-market relevanceAd-hoc requests as needed
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business AdministrationMinimum 5 years of business or brand marketing experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsPower point presentation proficiencyAbility to work well with a team and agenciesDetail oriented with strong organizational skillsFamiliarity with database management
