We are seeking a highly motivated marketing leader to drive regional and local engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), advocacy groups, and professional societies within Alzheimer's disease. This role focuses on shaping education initiatives, strengthening HCP relationships, and generating insights that inform brand strategy and patient journey improvements. You will lead thought leader engagement, support speaker programs, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and field teams, and ensure compliant execution of regional educational initiatives.
Key Focus Areas:
KOL & thought leader engagement (regional and local) Speaker program coordination and optimization Advocacy and professional society partnerships Brand insights to support Alzheimer's disease strategy Cross-functional collaboration with marketing and field sales team
Requirements:
10+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience Strong KOL / Thought Leader engagement and marketing background required Alzheimer's or neuroscience experience strongly preferred Experience developing and executing brand plans Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills Ability to travel up to 50% domestically
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:
Starts at $185K - $240K (commensurate with experience)
Bonus:
16%-20% Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) Company car provided Strong benefits package
Pay:
$185,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
