Marketing and Enrollment Supervisor Schedule :
Exempt (salaried), min 40 hours per week | Monday- Friday | 8am

Ignite community connections and make a meaningful impact as you lead dynamic outreach and engagement efforts that bring new participants into PACE of Southwest Michigan. In this role, you'll turn relationships into opportunities—generating high-quality leads, surpassing monthly enrollment goals, and expanding our reach through strategic partnerships with community organizations. As a hands-on leader, you'll inspire and develop a high-performing Marketing and Enrollment team, empowering them to achieve results while advancing key organizational initiatives. Department Admin Employment Type Full Time Location St. Joseph, MI Workplace type Onsite Reporting To Mike Zdrodowski Key Responsibilities Supervise and oversee the Marketing and Enrollment team including performance management, delegation of tasks, coaching, and development. Develop the annual growth plan with objectives and corresponding strategies and metrics. Drives business development through networking, focused referral generation, and strategic relationship-building initiatives. Plan and coordinate open houses and outreach events for the PACE organization. Perform individual and group presentations to potential referral sources. Monitor, collect, and submit enrollment data. Develop and maintain relationships with current business and process partners of PACE Southwest Michigan. Represent PACE Southwest Michigan in the marketplace through various industry conferences and events. If selected for the position you will receive a full job description. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Associate's degree, or higher, in marketing, sales, or related field, required. Two (2) years of experience in Marketing or community outreach, required. Experience in health and/or community services, preferred. Two (2) years of supervisory experience, preferred. Must have reliable transportation and a valid, unrestricted Michigan driver's license.
