Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across multiple channels. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on digital channels such as social media, email marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and content marketing. Oversee content creation and management across websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email campaigns to ensure consistent brand messaging. Utilize SEO tools and keyword research techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic through targeted optimization efforts. Manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social media advertising platforms to maximize ROI. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms; adjust strategies based on data insights to enhance conversion rates. Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to produce engaging visual content using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and other graphic design tools. Implement conversion optimization tactics by testing landing pages, call-to-actions, and user experience improvements to boost lead generation and sales. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms. Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, analytics, and performance marketing to continuously refine strategies for maximum impact. Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong emphasis on SEO tools, SEM campaigns, social media management, and content creation. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, SQL or JavaScript is a plus for data analysis and website optimization. Skilled in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for content development. Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates and blog management. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences including B2B (business-to-business) markets. Knowledge of
HTML/CSS
for basic website adjustments; understanding of e-commerce platforms is desirable. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
