We're looking for a driven, organized, and relationship-focused Sales & Marketing Manager to help grow our brand, expand our event and wholesale business, and lead marketing efforts that reflect who we are. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing details, and turning ideas into results. What You'll Do Drive event, wedding, and venue sales from inquiry through execution. Build and grow wholesale accounts through customer outreach, relationship management, and product education. Plan and oversee signature Crow River Winery events. Develop, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies across digital, print, broadcast, and social channels. Manage social media, website content, and customer communications. Maintain a consistent, compelling brand across products, events, and customer communications. Track sales activity, event performance, budgets, and marketing results. Collaborate with ownership and staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. What We're Looking For 3+ years of sales and marketing experience. 2+ years of leadership experience. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proven experience planning and executing events, weddings, or hospitality experiences with strong attention to detail and customer service. Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create on-brand marketing materials, social media content, advertisements, and promotional assets. Experience in hospitality, events, food & beverage, or related industries preferred. Knowledge of wine, beer, or spirits is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Valid driver's license. Schedule & Requirements Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is required. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods.
