Job Description Creative Marketing Manager The Creative Marketing Manager is responsible for executing credit card marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role connects strategy, creative development, and production to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned to business objectives. This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role that requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while coordinating across internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, direct mail, email, and collateral) from intake through launch Partner with business lines, brand, media, and email teams to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables Work closely with media and strategy partners to understand creative and placement requirements. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to manage timelines, track progress, and ensure quality delivery Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and take action to keep campaigns on track Maintain accurate campaign tracking, routing, and approvals in Workfront or similar tools Apply AI tools to adapt and version creative across audiences, formats, and channels, with oversight to ensure quality, brand alignment, and compliance Qualifications 4-5 years of marketing experience with a focus on end-to-end campaign execution Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across both print and digital (social, display, email, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to review and validate creative assets for accuracy and quality Working knowledge of media requirements, formats, and campaign workflows Practical experience using AI tools to adapt or version content preferred Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience working with agencies or external vendors Experience with workflow tools such as Workfront preferred Must be in Minnesota and able to work in the office at least three days per week If there's anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
