This role combines the communication and partnership responsibilities with the organizational rigor, coordination, and tracking necessary to move fast-moving workstreams forward.

Operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where success depends on precision, deadlines, and efficiency, this position is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who excels at coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, and approvals. While senior leadership sets the high-level strategy, this individual completely owns execution, reliability, and results. Supporting an integrated media ecosystem, they will seamlessly manage workflows across paid media, media creative production, social, influencer initiatives, and company brand events. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Marketing Execution Translate Strategy into
Execution:
Translate high-level marketing strategy, media direction, and client briefs into clear, actionable work plans and timelines.
Timeline & Tracker Management:
Develop, actively manage, and maintain detailed project timelines, trackers, status documents, and meeting notes to ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Multi-Project Coordination:
Coordinate priorities and manage day-to-day project workflows from kickoff through launch across multiple channels without losing momentum or accuracy.
Risk Mitigation:
Proactively identify project risks, resource constraints, and timeline conflicts while driving solutions and internal escalation paths before they become roadblocks.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all deliverables meet strict quality standards, align with business goals, and are completed accurately, on brand, and on time.
Creative Workflow & Compliance Management Workflow Supervision:
Manage creative development workflows, including asset tracking, internal reviews, client status updates, and final approvals.
Asset Specifications:
Maintain an absolute grip on digital and social creative asset specifications across major platforms (including file formats, aspect ratios, and character limits).
Team Leadership & Account Accountability Fostering Collaboration:
Build a reliable, execution-focused internal culture while partnering closely with leadership, buyers, store operations, external partners and agency teams.
Service & Communication Stakeholder Alignment:
Maintain strong, professional working relationships with senior leadership, store/client teams, and external partners while managing stakeholder expectations.
Status Communication:
Contribute to and lead project status meetings, communicating updates, priorities, roadblocks, and next steps clearly and concisely.
Event Planning & Community Representation End-to-End Event Ownership:
Own marketing-related events and retail promotional activations from initial concept through execution—coordinating logistics, materials, timelines, and staffing.
On-Site Leadership:
Lead on-site event execution, serving as a dedicated brand representative to ensure an exceptional community and customer experience.
Post-Event Evaluation:
Conduct post-event evaluations, tracking performance data to optimize future event strategy and ROI.

Job QualificationsRequired Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
3-5 years of marketing project management, client operations, or account coordination experience within an agency or fast-paced consumer-facing corporate environment.
Media & Channel Familiarity:
Proven experience managing paid media, media creative production, organic social media, and/or influencer marketing projects.
Event & Schedule Availability:
Willingness and open flexibility to attend and lead evening and weekend events as required by business needs.
Preferred Qualifications Retail & Regulated Industries:
Experience working in retail, consumer-facing marketing, or within highly regulated/compliance-sensitive product categories.
Senior Collaboration:
Experience successfully working directly under senior corporate leadership, executive consultants, or enterprise clients.
Trafficking Knowledge:
Familiarity with paid media trafficking and creative asset delivery workflows. Work Schedule & Environment Work - This is a salaried role with in office requirement 4 days/week. Open flexibility required for evening and weekend events (approximately 2-3 month) based on campaign activations and retail calendars.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
