Marketing and Operations Brand Manager Crunk Babies Minneapolis, MN Job Details Full-time $35,000 - $80,000 a year 9 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork E-commerce QuickBooks Marketing analytics Community relationship building Marketing operations Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing and Operations Brand Manager to elevate our brand presence and streamline operations across multiple channels. A website, product, and socials have been created, but we are looking for someone to completly take this over under our guidance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative marketing initiatives, oversee brand development, and optimize operational workflows to drive growth and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for branding, digital marketing, and market analysis, and operational efficiency. Should this be a fruitful endeavor, you will absolutely reap the benefits if so. We simply do not understand what the brand is capable of yet, and are open to discussing payment for these services. This isn't going to be a typical 9-5 (although maybe at first) - the creative side of things with require a flexible schedule. Experience with QuickBooks Online and GoDaddy preferred. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies that align with company goals, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting campaigns to maximize reach and engagement. Lead product management initiatives by coordinating market research, analyzing consumer insights, and collaborating with product teams to enhance offerings. Drive multichannel marketing campaigns including digital marketing, e-commerce promotions, public relations efforts, and B2B marketing initiatives. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning for strategic decision-making. Manage budgets effectively while planning strategic marketing activities that support sales growth and brand visibility. Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation through media outreach, press releases, and community engagement. Analyze campaign performance using analysis skills to refine strategies, optimize ROI, and report on key metrics regularly. Literally anything to grow the brand. Experience Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and multichannel campaign execution within a fast-paced environment. Strong background in product management, branding development, market research (including Nielsen data), and analysis skills. Demonstrated expertise in B2B marketing strategies combined with public relations experience to build brand credibility. Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools. Experience managing budgets efficiently while executing strategic plans that support sales objectives. Knowledge of market analysis techniques including consumer insights gathering and competitive benchmarking. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively and foster collaborative relationships. Some discipline and grit.
