In this pivotal role, you will develop innovative marketing strategies, oversee campaign execution, and analyze performance metrics to optimize results. Duties Develop comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies that integrate digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and traditional advertising methods to maximize reach and engagement. Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across platforms including Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, print advertising, and other media outlets. Oversee SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms. Manage content creation including copywriting for websites, email marketing campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials to ensure consistent messaging aligned with brand voice. Coordinate product management activities related to marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and market positioning. Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly; analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement using analytics tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product management, and creative teams to develop integrated marketing plans that support business growth targets. Manage budgets effectively for all marketing activities while ensuring maximum ROI; negotiate with vendors and media outlets as needed. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions. Utilize WordPress and basic HTML skills to update website content; leverage Adobe Creative Suite for visual content development when necessary. Experience Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, B2B marketing, and e-commerce environments with a track record of successful campaign management. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, social media platforms (including Facebook Advertising), Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and marketing automation tools. Demonstrated ability in copywriting, content creation, and managing multi-channel campaigns across various media formats. Experience with print advertising strategies alongside digital initiatives is preferred. Familiarity with product management processes related to go-to-market strategies and sales enablement is advantageous. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for decision-making purposes. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing or analytics are a plus.
