We're looking for an energetic and intuitive marketing generalist for our expanding Growth Marketing team. We're not your traditional corporate marketing group! This team is comprised of individual contributors who interact extensively with cross-functional teams within Assurant to drive results for Assurant's top, tier clients. As a Sr Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for messaging, positioning, and materials to support both consumer and B2B audiences for your clients. You can translate complex marketing performance into clear, compelling narratives, helping teams and clients understand the "why" behind the results. You thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, bringing structure to ambiguity and elevating the work of those around you. This is what we consider the basic qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Product Management, Business Administration or another related field. A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in marketing with strong focus in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research, and analytics. A minimum of 5 years of consumer marketing experience, including product positioning, promotions, and multi-channel campaigns, with a proven track record of partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to drive results and maximize return through effective marketing strategy and execution. Direct experience with developing, executing and measuring successful B2C and B2B marketing strategies, plans and campaigns. This is what we'd consider the cherry-on-top (i.e., preferred experience, skills and knowledge): 10+ years' relevant experience in marketing with strong focus in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer marketing, B2B marketing, marketing research and analytics. 4+ years' product marketing experience including brand, product positioning, promotions, campaigns, communications, market research, sales and distribution support. Proven experience in customer, client and market research. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
Pay Range:
$74,600.00
