In this role, you will develop innovative marketing strategies, oversee content creation, and optimize our online presence to reach target audiences effectively. Your expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics will be essential to elevate brand awareness, increase engagement, and support business growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on digital channels such as social media, email marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and content marketing. Manage and optimize campaigns using SEO tools, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms to maximize ROI. Oversee content creation across various platforms, including website content management systems like WordPress and content development for blogs, social media, and email campaigns. Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL data queries, and other analytics tools to refine strategies and improve conversion rates. Coordinate with graphic designers to produce engaging visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for digital ads, social media posts, and website assets. Lead efforts in conversion optimization by testing landing pages, A/B testing ad creatives, and implementing performance marketing tactics to boost sales or lead generation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives, e-commerce strategies, and content management system updates to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of
SEO, SEM
(Google AdWords), social media management, and analytics tools. Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising platforms, and marketing automation software. Skilled in content creation, copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop), HTML/CSS basics, JavaScript knowledge is a plus. Experience working with WordPress or other content management systems; familiarity with SQL or data analysis is advantageous. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to stakeholders. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and performance marketing strategies is highly desirable.
