This is a true player/coach role requiring both strategic thinking and significant day-to-day production. The Marketing Manager will actively contribute to a high volume of marketing deliverables while leading the creative direction, brand execution, and marketing priorities for the organization. This is not a purely strategic or supervisory role, the successful candidate will work alongside the team in producing high-quality marketing materials while helping elevate the overall brand and marketing function. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative, analytical, and operational, someone who enjoys generating ideas, elevating brand presence, and producing polished, high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment. Success in this role requires strong professional judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to balance creativity with a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and organizational standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the creative vision and execution of marketing efforts, ensuring materials are visually compelling, strategically aligned, and consistent with established brand standards. Personally produce and oversee a high volume of marketing materials, presentations, collateral, digital content, and client-facing deliverables. Share directly in the execution of work alongside marketing coordinators rather than functioning solely in a strategic or supervisory capacity. Guide visual identity, messaging, and marketing direction across campaigns and external-facing materials. Bring forward fresh ideas and creative approaches while maintaining an appropriate, polished, and professional brand presence. Prioritize workflow, deadlines, and workload management across multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment. Ensure all external-facing materials maintain a high standard of professionalism, quality, accuracy, and brand consistency. Manage social media presence and digital marketing efforts using performance metrics and analytics to guide recommendations and improve results. Track campaign effectiveness and develop KPI reporting to evaluate marketing performance, workflow efficiency, and engagement. Help establish accountability standards and measurable goals for marketing output and team performance. Provide day-to-day leadership, prioritization, and coaching to marketing support staff and vendors. Partner closely with leadership to support business development, client engagement, and organizational growth initiatives. What Success Looks Like Delivering consistently polished, professional, high-quality work under deadline. Successfully balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Managing competing priorities and high production volume effectively. Bringing creative ideas that strengthen the brand while maintaining professionalism, consistency, and audience awareness. Demonstrating sound judgment in external communications and brand representation. Using analytics, KPIs, and performance metrics to improve marketing effectiveness and team accountability. Building trust through responsiveness, ownership, and follow-through. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, or related field required. 4-7+ years of professional marketing experience in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of deliverables with strong attention to detail and deadlines. Strong creative instincts with experience leading brand consistency, visual identity, and messaging. Experience using marketing analytics, social media metrics, dashboards, and KPI reporting to guide decision-making. Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing team workflow preferred. Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and marketing/content creation tools required. Experience in professional services, commercial real estate, architecture, legal, financial services, or similarly client-driven industries preferred.
