Full-Time Position Overview Moore Water & Air is seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Team Lead & Trainer to help lead, develop, and grow our retail marketing team in the St. Louis market. This position serves as a key support role to the Regional Marketing Manager and is responsible for leading by example in the field while training and developing future Appointment Setters and Lead Generators.

This is a hands-on leadership position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with customers in retail locations, setting appointments, coaching team members, and helping new hires build the skills needed to succeed. Key Responsibilities Support the Regional Marketing Manager with daily team operations Set appointments in retail locations and consistently meet performance goals Train and onboard new Appointment Setters and Lead Generators Provide in-store coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring efforts Help manage staffing coverage and scheduling needs Lead team meetings, training sessions, and skill development activities Monitor team performance and accountability Ensure company standards, dress code, and customer engagement expectations are followed Help create a positive, energetic, and results-driven team culture Qualifications Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, retail marketing, sales, or customer service Leadership, coaching, or training experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate, teach, and develop others Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations as needed Availability to work evenings and weekends What We're Looking For Someone who leads from the front and sets the example A strong communicator who enjoys developing others A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic A problem solver who thrives in a leadership role Someone committed to helping both the team and company grow Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay plus performance bonuses Leadership development opportunities Career growth and advancement potential Paid training Opportunity to grow into future management roles Why Join Moore Water & Air?
