Job Description

APS Solutions ("APS") is seeking a motivated and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and drive business growth. This role bridges high-level strategy and day-to-day execution, turning ideas into well-coordinated, measurable campaigns across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate is both a big-picture thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is data-driven, and is passionate about building brand awareness and delivering measurable results.

Starting at $62,000.00, and DOE and/or education
Schedule:
Fulltime
  • The primary schedule is Monday
  • Friday, 8:00am
  • 5:00pm.

Essential Job Functions:
Marketing Strategy & Execution Support development and execution of the annual marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals. Translate leadership direction into actionable campaigns, timelines, and deliverables. Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, content, and traditional). Evaluate campaign performance and apply insights to improve future efforts. Manage and maintain an organized, on-brand content calendar. Oversee development of marketing materials including social media content, blogs, newsletters, and collateral. Brand Management & Market Research Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms. Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and positioning. Maintain a strong understanding of target audiences and industry trends. Oversee website content, digital assets, and online store presence. Digital Marketing & Analytics Manage social media strategy, including content planning and audience engagement. Oversee SEO and website performance (WordPress, Google Analytics, etc.). Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and reporting. Utilize marketing automation tools to improve targeting and campaign efficiency. Performance & Reporting Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign ROI. Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to generate insights. Provide regular reporting and recommendations to improve marketing outcomes. Leadership & Collaboration Provide guidance and mentorship to marketing team members. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners. Collaborate across departments to support events, recruitment marketing, and communications initiatives. Align closely with leadership to ensure marketing efforts support broader company goals. Technology & Innovation Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve processes and introduce new technologies, including AI tools. Help manage and optimize the marketing technology stack.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and SEO best practices. Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions. Basic understanding or interest in AI and analytics concepts.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) required. 2-5+ years of progressive experience in marketing. Demonstrated success managing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives. Experience with social media strategy and online marketing. Experience mentoring or leading team members is preferred.
