Essential Qualifications:

Sales Leadership:

Guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process with empathy, professionalism, and expertise by providing personalized consultations and addressing inquiries to highlight the communitys unique offerings.

Marketing Strategy:

Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns, events, open houses, and informational sessions that attract prospects and strengthen the communitys brand presence through digital and traditional advertising channels, including social media, print materials, and community outreach programs.

Relationship Building:

Regularly engage with community stakeholders to cultivate strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners, such as healthcare providers, social workers, and local organizations.

Team Collaboration:

Partner with the Executive Director and community staff to ensure seamless communication and consistent resident experience.
