School of Law Job Summary:
Guides the execution of programs and procedures involved in the recruitment, evaluation, and selection of students seeking entrance to the School of Law in support of achieving institutional, enrollment-related strategic goals.
Job Description:
Assists with coordinating admissions events, such as open houses, information sessions, and campus tours, to showcase the institution's programs and facilities. Develops and maintains relationships with colleges, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the institution and facilitate recruitment activities. Ensures clear and effective communication with both prospective and admitted students, providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the admissions process. Responsible for the implementation of comprehensive admissions communication plan created by the Senior and Assistant Deans (CRM, text, direct mail, email campaigns) to meet established admissions/enrollment targets. Utilizes software (such as Unite) and student information systems (Slate, Ellucian Banner) to support recruitment efforts. This includes data processing work supporting prospect and applicant communication flow and e-marketing functions including but not limited to, admissions and financial aid data, digital and printed communication flow, applications and reports. Partners with University Marketing and Communications Department and External Vendors to create electronic, social media and print communications. Schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and work unit operations as needed. Serves as a primary point of contact as a member of the Admissions team, opening and closing office, answering phones as well as assisting with data management, events, presentations, recruiting, travel, materials and other duties as assigned.
