What You'll Do Epic Games, Inc. seeks Directors - Marketing, Spanish Speaking Countries and LATAM in Cary, NC drive Epic Games' publishing, marketing, communications, strategy, and control efforts in Spanish Speaking Americas (SSA) and the wider LATAM region. In this role, you will Drive Epic Games' publishing, marketing, communications, strategy, and control efforts in Spanish Speaking Americas (SSA) and the wider LATAM region, namely, Player growth, Player engagement and revenue. Creation of regional strategic plan and product optimization for Epic Games first party titles. Responsible for executing all aspects of the marketing mix including PR, brand, events, online and offline campaigns, digital and content marketing, community management, influencer marketing and social media. Representing the SSA and LATAM Regions internally and with partners to provide knowledge, experience, and guidance of what is best for the business, the markets, the players, the teams and the games/platforms. Find, evaluate, select, develop, and manage the best suited local vendors and agencies that help execute Epic Games global strategies, develop and execute local strategies and achieve business goals. Work with global partners and their local offices as well as develop new local partnerships to positively impact Epic Games engagement with players and audiences. International travel 25% What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, plus 5 years of experience in related occupations. Requires 5 years of experience in all of the following: Setting-up presence/offices in the video game industry in the Latin American (LATAM) Market; Building and implementing Go-to-Market strategies for the LATAM market in the video game industry; Working with specialized analytics software and techniques to make data driven decisions, including Marketo and Tableau; Scouting, selecting and developing business partners and agencies to support the development of the business in the region; Deep knowledge of the e-Sports Industry and nuances of each of the top markets; Working and partnering with Payment Method Service Providers and aggregators in the region; Leading PR Strategies and efforts in the region, dealing with PR agencies and media, leading outreach efforts, managing crises, organizing/managing live events, drafting communication pieces, and acting as a business spokesperson in the region. 50% Fluency in Portuguese language required. Full fluency in Spanish language required. International travel required 25%. 40 hours/week, $185,500 per yearABOUT US
