Technical Marketing Manager Charlotte, NC Ideal - Textile chemicals, colors, dyes A global leader in color standards and color communication solutions is seeking a Technical Marketing Manager to support retailers, brands, and designers across the full color development lifecycle. Supported by a global technical network in key production regions, the team helps customers reduce lead times, improve accuracy, and maintain color quality from concept to delivery. Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Marketing Manager with deep expertise in color science, textile dyeing processes, and retail color management. This role requires strong knowledge of color formulation, color measurement technologies, and commercial color management software. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing color management systems within the retail supply chain and working closely with brands, mills, and manufacturing partners to improve color accuracy, efficiency, and workflow integration. This individual will define global market strategy for the product portfolio, lead new product development initiatives, build industry partnerships, and establish pricing strategies and profitability targets. Working closely with Sales, Key Accounts, and cross-functional teams worldwide, this role serves as a critical link between technical innovation, commercial strategy, and customer success. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute global market strategy for color solutions portfolio Lead new product development initiatives and strategic partnerships Collaborate with brands, mills, and manufacturing partners to implement color management systems Improve color accuracy, workflow efficiency, and supply chain integration Establish global pricing strategies and profit targets Partner with Sales and Key Accounts to drive growth and customer success Serve as a subject matter expert in color science and retail color communication Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a technical field required Minimum of 5 years of experience in the textile, chemical, or related industry Strong knowledge of textile applications, markets, and end users Advanced understanding of color science, color measurement, and color communication in a retail environment Experience with color management software and digital workflow tools Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and writing abilities Experience in product management and cross-functional leadership preferred
