Job Description

Our client in the construction industry is seeking a creative, hands-on Marketing Director to lead and execute their marketing strategy across digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate is both strategic and tactical—comfortable creating content, managing campaigns, and engaging with the community while maintaining brand consistency. Key Responsibilities Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards Develop and maintain company presence across social media platforms, including creating and publishing engaging content such as posts, graphics, and short-form videos (e.g., reels) Design marketing materials using tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Canva, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional assets Support community engagement efforts by responding to inquiries, interacting with followers, and building relationships online Coordinate with external vendors to support marketing campaigns and initiatives Assist in the creation and distribution of print and digital marketing collateral Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related discipline Prefer construction/building industry experience but NOT required Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Canva required Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred Skills Experience creating video content or social media reels Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
