This is not a traditional job, this is ownership. This is a leadership opportunity for someone ready to build, operate, and grow a high-performance exterior contracting business with full brand, systems, and operational backing. If you're currently: A high-level Sales Manager A General Manager in roofing or exteriors A top producer building someone else's equity Or an operator capped by someone else's ceiling This is the next level. What This Role Really Is As a Founding Market Partner, you will: Launch a CR3 territory in a protected market Build and lead your sales team Drive residential and commercial production Execute insurance restoration and retail projects Scale revenue toward $3M-$10M+ annually You are not starting from scratch. CR3 provides: Proven operating systems and playbooks Vendor relationships and pricing power Brand credibility Insurance restoration expertise Marketing support Training and leadership mentorship Scalable financial model Discovery Day access to review territory economics Who We're Looking For This opportunity is for someone with: Exterior construction experience Leadership capability (team building required) Strong sales acumen Financial awareness and margin discipline An ownership mindset The desire to build an enterprise, not just hold a position This is not for someone looking for a fixed salary, hourly compensation, or a comfort role.
