This role combines strategic marketing analytics with hands-on technical expertise in data modeling, pipeline development, and reporting. ... Responsibilities:
Define, standardize, and govern marketing KPIs, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting across channels Analyze marketing performance to generate actionable insights on demand generation, channel optimization, and campaign effectiveness Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to improve lead management, funnel performance, and conversion outcomes Translate complex data into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Skills:
Design and maintain scalable marketing data models within Snowflake Build and optimize data pipelines integrating HubSpot, CRM, web analytics, and advertising platforms Lead data collection, integration, transformation, and validation across multiple marketing data sources Ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility for reporting and analytics use cases Troubleshoot data issues and implement monitoring processes to maintain reliable datasets
Education:
Bachelors Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, data engineering, or related roles Strong experience with Snowflake (or similar cloud data platforms) and data modeling Hands-on experience building data pipelines and managing large-scale datasets Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and analysis Experience with marketing technologies (HubSpot, CRM systems, web analytics, ad platforms) Strong experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for dashboard development Ability to connect technical solutions to marketing outcomes and business impact Apply online and then call our office.
