Job Description
Job Summary The Digital Doorstep and Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing all marketing and digital initiatives for the Bank. This role oversees the Bank's website, social media channels, digital advertising, brand communications, and event planning efforts. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent brand messaging, drive customer engagement and growth, support business development goals, and maintain compliance with banking and regulatory standards. In addition, this position will be the subject matter expert for online banking, mobile banking, and bill pay products. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Online Presence Manage and maintain the Bank's website, including content updates, usability, SEO, and coordination with vendors or developers. Oversee all social media platforms, developing content calendars, creating posts, monitoring engagement, and ensuring brand consistency. Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (search, display, social, and paid media). Analyze digital performance metrics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations. Ensure all digital content complies with banking regulations, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines. Become subject matter expert for online banking, mobile banking, and bill pay products. Responsible for increasing mobile and online banking usage and increasing debit card usage Marketing Strategy & Brand Management Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the Bank's business goals. Manage marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, community banking initiatives, and customer education. Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels and materials. Collaborate with internal teams to support lending, deposit growth, financial services, and customer acquisition initiatives. Event Planning & Community Engagement Plan and coordinate bank-sponsored events, community outreach programs, sponsorships, and promotions. Manage logistics, marketing materials, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up. Represent the Bank at community and business events as needed. Traditional & Internal Marketing Coordinate print advertising, collateral materials, email marketing, signage, and branch marketing materials. Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives related to marketing and branding. Manage relationships with outside vendors, agencies, and media partners. Coordinates the collection of customer satisfaction data to share with management. Budget & Compliance Manage marketing budgets and track expenditures. Ensure all marketing activities comply with banking regulations, privacy standards, and internal policies. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of website management, social media platforms, and digital advertising tools. Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights, ad dashboards). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong brand awareness. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in banking or financial services marketing. Familiarity with compliance, regulatory, and disclosure requirements in advertising. Graphic design, email marketing, or content creation experience is a plus. Work Environment This position requires occasional evening or weekend work to support events and community engagement activities.
