We're looking for a Marketing Lead to step in as a foundational hire—someone who will take ownership of marketing from the ground up, build the systems, define the strategy, and drive measurable growth. This is not a plug-and-play role. This is a build, lead, and scale opportunity. What You'll Do Own and build SunCo's marketing function from strategy through execution Generate and manage qualified leads for residential and commercial services Lead messaging and campaigns around our AI-driven, tech-enabled services Build campaigns that position SunCo as a technology leader in landscaping, lawn care, an autonomous mowing Create systems for tracking, reporting, and improving marketing performance (ROI-focused) Be directly accountable for lead volume, quality, and cost efficiency Partner directly with leadership to align marketing with aggressive growth and expansion goals Capture and leverage real-world content from robotic systems and field operations What We're Looking For Proven experience in marketing, growth, or lead generation roles Experience building or significantly improving a marketing function, system, or channel Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, paid ads, social, content strategy) Ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on execution level Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving, and tech-driven environment Data-driven mindset—you measure, test, and improve constantly Strong communication and brand positioning skills Experience in local services, trades, or high-growth environments is a plus Comfortable using modern marketing tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms What Sets You Apart You want to build something—not just manage it You see marketing as a growth engine tied directly to revenue You're energized by AI, technology, and innovation—and know how to communicate it You take ownership, move fast, and thrive with autonomy and accountability You can turn complex capabilities into clear, compelling messaging that converts Why SunCo?
