Full Time Reports to: Vice President Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Director of Marketing to own and elevate all marketing efforts across digital, ecommerce, and channel sales. This person will be responsible for building a modern marketing engine that drives measurable revenue growth—particularly across our ecommerce platform, outbound sales support, and vendor partnerships. This is not a brand-only role. It is a revenue-focused leadership position responsible for demand generation, digital performance, and sales enablement. Key Responsibilities 1. Growth & Demand Generation Build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy to drive qualified leads and online revenue Own acquisition strategy across paid search, SEO, email, and retargeting Identify and scale high-performing campaigns tied directly to product categories and inventory 2. Ecommerce Marketing Drive traffic and conversion growth for a multi-thousand SKU ecommerce platform Optimize product pages, merchandising strategy, and category structure for search and conversion Implement lifecycle marketing (abandoned cart, reactivation, upsell/cross-sell campaigns) 3. Sales Enablement Partner with inside and outside sales teams to create tools, collateral, and campaigns that accelerate deal flow Develop targeted campaigns for key accounts, contractors, and telecom buyers Support product launches and inventory pushes with integrated marketing plans 4. Brand & Positioning Refine brand messaging for multiple customer segments (carriers, contractors, enterprise buyers) Ensure consistency across website, email, trade materials, and digital ads Elevate market perception of company as a leading telecom supplier 5. Analytics & Performance Own marketing KPIs tied directly to revenue, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates Build reporting dashboards to track campaign and channel performance Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns based on data 6. Team & Vendor Management Build and manage internal or external marketing resources (agencies, freelancers, tools) Oversee creative production, ad buying, and technical marketing execution Qualifications 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, distribution, telecom, or industrial sectors Proven success driving measurable revenue growth through digital marketing and ecommerce Strong experience with performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email automation) Experience working with ERP/ecommerce systems (NetSuite, Shopify, or similar preferred) Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical mindset with comfort in revenue attribution and funnel metrics Experience working closely with sales teams in a distribution or channel-driven business Preferred Experience Telecom, electrical, or industrial distribution background Managing ecommerce catalogs with 1,000+ SKUs High-growth or transformation-stage company experience Marketing in a multi-warehouse or multi-location business environment What Success Looks Like Significant increase in ecommerce-driven revenue within 6-12 months Improved lead quality and conversion rates across sales channels Clear, measurable ROI from all marketing spend Strong alignment between marketing campaigns and inventory/sales strategy
