We are a small, fast-growing team with an ambitious vision and are looking for people who are ready to make an impact from day one.
WHAT'S THE ROLE?
Holden is seeking a hands-on, strategic, and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our customer lifecycle and retention efforts across email and SMS. This role will own campaign planning, audience segmentation, automated flows, testing strategy, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate has experience managing email programs at an ecommerce brand, strong analytical skills, and hands on experience within Klaviyo. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaign strategies in alignment with business goals Build, manage, and optimize automated lifecycle flows (welcome series, abandonment, post purchase, etc.) Segment audiences based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, purchase history, and engagement Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, offers, send times, etc. to enhance channel performance Analyze and report on channel performance to senior leadership Collaborate with broader marketing team to align on messaging across channels Work in partnership with creative team to ensure design upholds brand standards
QUALIFICATIONS 3-5
years of experience in email marketing, preferably within ecommerce Strong proficiency in Klaviyo Understanding of email performance metrics Experience with customer segmentation Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent written and communication skills
LOCATION
This position is a hybrid-remote position based in NYC at our Midtown Manhattan office (minimum 2 days/week in office)
