$60•70 per hour Join a best-in-class lifecycle marketing team focused on creating meaningful customer experiences and driving long-term member engagement. This role is responsible for supporting new benefit launches, exclusive member events, and product enhancements that increase customer value, utilization, loyalty, and retention. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, this individual will lead the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across owned channels while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to bring strategic launches to market. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with deep CRM and loyalty experience, strong project management skills, and a passion for creating personalized customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Benefits & Events Marketing lead to execute and deliver against new benefit and event objectives. Build and execute marketing launch plans for new benefit launches, member-only events, and key product enhancements-using planning tools to streamline timelines, scenario-plan, and improve cross-functional alignment. Partner with analytics teams to measure launch and event performance, using dashboards and models to identify patterns, forecast behavior, and translate insights into action for future launches. Write clear, strategic creative briefs and collaborate with internal creative partners to produce high-quality assets for launches and events. Own marketing calendar for benefit launches and events. Recap performance and iterate on messaging, segmentation, and creative to enhance in-market results. Identify triggered CRM opportunities in partnership with Brand, Early Tenure, and Later Tenure teams. Work with CRM Product and Engineering to build and refine automated programs, leveraging predictive models for smarter targeting and personalization.
Qualifications:
5+ years of performance marketing experience, with a strong focus on CRM/loyalty. Experience managing and optimizing direct-response campaigns across owned channels (email, push, in-app, site, etc.) Highly analytical, with the ability to use AI-enhanced tools and insights to drive decisions. Deep passion for understanding customer needs and creating meaningful member experiences. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Agile, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience partnering with creative, operations, product, and analytics teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with peers and leadership. Experience in a start-up and/or subscription business is a plus. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
