We specialize in the acquisition, sales, consignment, service, transport, storage, and marketing of classic, muscle, exotic, and collector vehicles. We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Director of Marketing & Content to lead our marketing department, grow our brand, generate qualified leads, and help scale the business to the next level. This is not a corporate desk job. This is a fast-paced, demanding, hands-on position that requires someone who can both create strategy and execute it. The right candidate must be comfortable taking ownership, moving quickly, solving problems, working directly with ownership, and being actively involved in the day-to-day marketing and content process. The ideal candidate is not only a strong marketer, but also someone capable of building, managing, and leading a high-performing marketing and content team as the company continues to grow. Position Overview The Director of Marketing & Content will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives, content creation, social media, website management, SEO, CRM marketing, and lead generation efforts for No Reserve Classics and its affiliated companies. This role requires a balance of leadership, creativity, organization, analytics, and execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable both behind a computer and behind a camera, and understands how to turn inventory, events, customer stories, and brand activity into effective marketing content. This individual will be expected to build structure, improve systems, increase marketing output, and create measurable growth across digital platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Leadership Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy Manage and protect the No Reserve Classics brand across all channels Build, organize, and lead the marketing and content department Help recruit, train, manage, and hold marketing team members accountable as the department grows Create and manage monthly marketing calendars Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs Coordinate directly with ownership and management on growth initiatives Identify new marketing opportunities to increase leads, visibility, and brand authority Content Creation Capture and edit photo and video content of inventory vehicles Direct vehicle walkarounds, promotional shoots, and social media content Create short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Assist with or oversee vehicle listing content, coming-soon content, event content, and promotional campaigns Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, and internal team members Maintain organized content storage systems and workflows Ensure content is produced consistently, professionally, and on schedule Social Media Management Manage all company social media accounts Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms Write captions, hooks, descriptions, and marketing copy Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and audience growth Execute promotional campaigns for vehicles, events, services, and company initiatives Identify trends and opportunities that fit the NRC brand Improve consistency, quality, and performance across all social platforms Website & SEO Manage vehicle listings and website content Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and content improvements Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility Monitor website traffic, lead conversion, and user experience Work with website developers, vendors, and internal staff when necessary Improve listing quality, descriptions, photos, video placement, and calls to action Track and improve search visibility for vehicle sales, consignment, service, transport, storage, and related business lines CRM & Marketing Systems Manage Monday.com marketing workflows Maintain marketing automation systems Track lead sources and campaign performance Improve customer follow-up processes Organize marketing tasks, deadlines, and accountability Build systems that allow the marketing department to operate efficiently and scale effectively QualificationsRequired At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience At least 2 years of relevant management experience Strong understanding of major social media platforms Experience with content creation, photography, videography, and editing Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills Experience managing website content Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities at once Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment Willingness to be hands-on with content, vehicles, events, and daily marketing execution Ability to take ownership and operate with limited hand-holding Experience leading or building a marketing team Experience with SEO and website optimization Experience with Google Analytics and performance tracking Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking Experience with WordPress or similar website platforms Experience with paid advertising campaigns Experience with YouTube growth and video content strategy Familiarity with automotive photography, video, listings, and vehicle marketing preferred Automotive, classic car, exotic car, or collector car experience preferred What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days, the successful candidate should have: Established a consistent content calendar Build a strong marketing team Increased social media output and engagement Improved website content, listing quality, and SEO structure Implemented a marketing KPI dashboard Create a stronger lead tracking system Improved organization of marketing tasks and workflows Created a clearer process for content creation, review, and posting Identified staffing, vendor, or resource needs for the marketing department Helped create a more efficient and accountable marketing operation Why Join No Reserve Classics?
