Marketing Director Requirements:

Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities including, but not limited to planning educational lunches in and out of the building Meets with key referral sources e.g. Eldercare Attorneys, Senior Centers, Physician's offices Research physicians in our targeted area to partner with our facility Should be familiar with Middlesex County and the surrounding community Sell and promotes facility services in NJ Build sales within assigned area according to goals Must be creative, self-motivated, and have a pleasant and helpful disposition. Must have long term care experience as an external liaison or marketer Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, and apply good judgment based on the principles of sound management.

Marketing Director Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Hospital Liaison /

Marketing Director Education:

Associate (Preferred) Hospital Liaison /

Marketing Director Experience:

Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
