Overview Eureka is rebuilding momentum as a modern, relevant floor care brand—starting with a strong foundation in eCommerce and expanding into broader retail. Eureka's growth depends on how clearly and compellingly we show up where customers shop. We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead how Eureka brand and products show up online and across the digital shelf—owning the development of high-quality, conversion-driving content while helping scale the brand across both online and in-store environments. This role will play a key part in: (1) Improving how our products are understood and chosen, (2) Building a more consistent and modern brand presence, (3) Supporting expansion into new retail channels This role is ideal for someone who has a strong track record in the creation of breakthrough and effective digital content—and knows how to bring it to life in a clear, compelling, and scalable way across all channels. Roles & Responsibilities Create Clear, Consumer-Focused Product Messaging Translate product features into benefit-led messaging Help simplify complex product stories into easy-to-understand visuals and copy Maintain consistency across all touchpoints (PDP, packaging, retail, etc.) Digital Shelf Architect Own development of product detail page (PDP) content across key retail partners and DTC for Eureka. Define visual expression of brand and product content in product image galleries, key visuals and A+ / below-the-fold content Ensure content clearly communicates key benefits and differentiators in a simple, visual way Partner with internal and external teams to execute content at a high standard for Eureka Create best in class standards and templates that can be deployed across other brands. Support Omnichannel Growth Adapt digital-first content for use in in-store displays, packaging, marketing materials Help ensure a consistent story as Eureka expands distribution Cross-Functional Collaboration Ensure strong collaboration across organization: Product marketing (new product launches, feature/benefit/specs, claims) Brand marketing & creative/design teams (marketing activation) Channel team (content deployment and in-store activation) Sales and retail partners (support sell in and retail execution) Product development and marketing teams based in China (shared marketing assets) Bring digital shelf expertise and leadership to other brands beyond Eureka.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Must be a self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment 6-10 years in marketing, digital content or eCommerce roles Experience in floor care or other online-led product categories a plus Experience working on product-focused content (PDPs, retail sites, or DTC) Strong understanding of how consumers shop online and what drives engagement Good eye for visual storytelling and content structure Comfortable working with designers and giving clear direction Organized and able to manage multiple products and timelines Midea America Corp. is an equal opportunity employer.
