Job Description

Position Summary The Senior Marketing Manager, Go-to-Market & Channel Enablement serves as a critical bridge between Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Channel partners, ensuring PNY s marketing efforts directly enable revenue growth, partner success, and product adoption. This role leads go to market execution, channel marketing strategy, and sales enablement while overseeing digital platforms as supporting infrastructure. The position prioritizes commercial impact, equipping internal teams and external partners with the tools, messaging, and programs needed to win in market. The role also brings forward market insights, strategic perspective, and executive-level recommendations to guide business direction and investment decisions . What You ll Be Responsible For Commercial Marketing & Sales Enablement Develop high-impact sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, customer messaging, and vertical-specific content Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with pipeline growth, revenue goals, and strategic accounts Translate technical product capabilities into compelling business value propositions for enterprise, channel, and distribution audiences Support field sales efforts through targeted campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, and opportunity-level marketing support Channel Marketing & Partner Enablement Lead channel marketing strategy across PNY s reseller, distributor, and authorized partner ecosystem Build scalable partner enablement programs including co-branded campaigns, launch kits, partner communications, and sales toolkits Work alongside Channel Sales leadership to drive partner engagement, adoption, and measurable pipeline contribution Help shape MDF strategy and evaluate program effectiveness, ROI, and partner impact Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Marketing Alignment Serve as a key marketing partner to Product Management, helping align positioning, segmentation, and launch readiness Lead go-to-market execution across strategic categories including AI infrastructure, Data Center, Networking, RTX Pro, and Commercial Solutions Ensure Sales and Channel teams are fully enabled with clear messaging, training, and launch support materials Drive alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing to create consistent and compelling market storytelling Demand Generation & Commercial Programs Lead integrated marketing campaigns that support both direct and channel-driven revenue opportunities Align demand generation strategies with priority accounts, vertical markets, and strategic partner segments Oversee digital advertising and paid media initiatives with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes Analyze campaign performance and marketing data to optimize strategy, improve conversion, and maximize ROI Digital Marketing Infrastructure Oversee key marketing platforms including the website, Partner Portal, CRM, CMS, and email marketing systems Ensure digital platforms effectively support lead generation, partner engagement, and sales enablement distribution Drive continuous improvements in user experience, accessibility, and conversion performance Partner cross-functionally to prioritize enhancements that directly support commercial growth Brand, Content & Creative Leadership Guide the development of clear, technically credible, and commercially compelling messaging across all marketing initiatives Partner with Creative teams to prioritize and execute campaigns, product launches, and sales enablement materials Maintain strong brand consistency across customer-facing, partner-facing, and internal communications Oversee content strategy supporting launches, campaigns, thought leadership, and enablement initiatives Events & Field Marketing Lead execution of trade shows, partner events, customer engagements, and industry activations Align event strategy with Sales and Channel priorities to maximize pipeline generation and relationship development Ensure strong pre-event promotion, onsite engagement, and post-event follow-up execution Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and mentor marketing contributors with a focus on accountability, execution, and business impact Manage marketing investments across campaigns, channel programs, and events Bring forward market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to help shape growth strategy Present recommendations, performance updates, and strategic initiatives to executive leadership Partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and executive stakeholders to drive alignment and execution What We re Looking For Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience 12+ years of progressive marketing experience within B2B technology, infrastructure, or channel-driven environments Strong background in channel marketing, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution Proven ability to align marketing strategy to revenue generation and commercial growth Experience supporting reseller, distributor, and partner ecosystems Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms including CRM, CMS, email marketing, and partner enablement systems Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling capabilities, including executive-level interaction
COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000; the exact salary depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, and budget.
