Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and execute marketing and business development materials across digital, print, and physical formats, including brochures, attorney biographies, pitch materials, advertisements, presentations, event collateral, signage, and branded assets. Manage and maintain content across the firm's website, email marketing, social media platforms, recruiting materials, and internal communications, ensuring messaging is accurate, professional, and aligned with firm objectives. Translate complex legal services, practice areas, attorney accomplishments, and firm initiatives into compelling marketing content that enhances the firm's visibility and supports client development efforts. Maintain and enforce firm brand standards, templates, and style guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing, recruiting, and client-facing communications. Collaborate with attorneys, practice groups, firm leadership, recruiting, and administrative departments to support business development initiatives, events, sponsorships, community engagement, and strategic marketing campaigns. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, establishing priorities, coordinating resources, and ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met in a fast-paced professional environment. Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, videographers, printers, media partners, and marketing agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and cost-effective execution. Track and report on marketing initiatives, website performance, digital engagement, and campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Monitor legal industry, marketing, and design trends to identify opportunities that strengthen the firm's brand, market position, client engagement, and recruitment efforts.
Marketing Manager Qualifications:
Three to five years of experience in marketing, communications, business development, or creative services, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred. Advanced proficiency in graphic design and tools; video editing and motion graphics experience a plus. Experience developing and managing digital and print marketing materials, including websites, email campaigns, social media, presentations, and event collateral. Strong understanding of branding, visual design, typography, and content development. Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, firm leadership, and vendors. Experience supporting business development, recruiting, events, and client-facing initiatives preferred.
