Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a hyper-organized Brand Manager to lead trade marketing and field execution across our house of brands. You will be the vital link between our brands and dispensary partners, overseeing everything from product launches and BA scheduling to budtender education. Key Responsibilities Trade Marketing:
Develop and deploy custom marketing collateral, pre-sell campaigns, and merchandising kits. Ensure premium brand placement at the shelf level.
BA Management:
Recruit, schedule, and manage a team of Brand Ambassadors. Oversee logistics for formal pop-ups, informal "pop-ins," and brand education events.
Retail Partnerships:
Serve as the primary contact for dispensary managers. Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and high-ROI joint events.
Operations & Budgeting:
Manage activation budgets, optimize BA kits, and refine budtender education tools to drive sell-through.
Who You Are Cannabis Expert:
Required experience in the cannabis industry, ideally in trade or field marketing.
Leader:
Proven track record of managing teams (BAs or field reps).
Master Multi-tasker:
Ability to juggle dozens of retail requests and product launches simultaneously without losing focus.
Mobile:
Must have reliable transportation for regular travel to our Plainfield, NJ HQ and priority dispensary accounts across the state.
Self-Starter:
Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of your territory. A Day in the Life Matching the right BAs to the right dispensary doors. Coordinating logistics for "snack drops" and in-store merchandising. Reviewing BA kits and refining education tools for retail staff. Tracking activation budgets and planning high-impact retail events.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
