You will serve as a strategic leader driving AI-powered enterprise transformations for Fortune 100 pharmaceutical clients. This role is central to delivering high-impact, production-grade AI and GenAI solutions that align with CEO-level business mandates across commercial, R D, supply chain, and enterprise functions. You will own multi-million-dollar client relationships, lead large-scale AI initiatives, and ensure exceptional client outcomes, with a focus on sustainable growth, delivery excellence, and long-term partnership development. Operating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and business impact, you will represent the client's full AI and analytics portfolio while influencing the evolution of the HLS practice across major U.S. markets.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery and expansion of Fortune 50 pharma accounts, driving $20M+ in annual consulting and delivery revenue Spearhead large-scale, multi-program AI and GenAI transformations—including field force optimization, omnichannel analytics, next best action, content tagging, patient services, and field force copilots Collaborate closely with the Global Pharma Practice Head and India delivery teams across AI, MLOps, LLMOps, cloud engineering, and analytics to ensure seamless execution Serve as the primary executive point of contact, managing senior stakeholder relationships, escalations, and complex decision-making environments Develop and execute strategic account plans, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), mid-year reviews (MBRs), and joint business planning sessions Represent full portfolio of capabilities—spanning AI, engineering, design, behavioral science, and pharma analytics—across client engagements Manage account economics, including utilization, margin performance, and delivery health metrics Lead proposal development, client presentations, and commercial discussions to secure new and expanded work Influence and guide cross-functional teams through indirect leadership, providing coaching, direction, and oversight Act as a trusted, long-term strategic advisor to clients and a key driver of growth within the HLS practice Requirements Requirements:
20+ years of experience delivering and scaling analytics and AI programs for Fortune 500 life sciences organizations 10+ years of consulting experience in healthcare and life sciences, with a focus on enterprise transformation 10+ years leading AI and GenAI initiatives for large-scale enterprise clients, including production deployment and business impact measurement Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise AI/ML delivery frameworks Proven commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex business challenges into measurable outcomes Demonstrated success engaging C-suite and senior executives (CIO, SVP, VP) in strategic conversations Strong track record of leading large, cross-functional teams through influence and collaboration Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting executive-level presentations and proposals Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and a proactive mindset beyond defined responsibilities Benefits Full-time employee/hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week: eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.
