Growth Marketing Manager -- B2B SaaS, in office NYC We are a fast-growing healthcare technology company helping physician groups capture more reimbursement and reduce administrative overhead across their patient population. This is a high-ownership role:
you will be the lead campaign operator, reporting directly to the VP Marketing and working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps. Role summary We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to help strengthen the company's pipeline generation engine. This person will execute campaigns across events, webinars, email nurture, account-based programs, lifecycle marketing, landing pages, and reporting. The right hire is a strong operator who also understands strategy: someone who can turn messaging and sales priorities into programs that create pipeline, support deals, and improve conversion across the funnel. What this role owns Build and execute integrated demand generation programs across events, webinars, email, , partnerships, and targeted outbound support Own campaign planning and execution for field marketing and event follow-up Build landing pages, forms, emails, workflows, and nurture programs in HubSpot Partner with sales on target account programs, follow-up sequences, and pipeline acceleration Support account-based marketing plays for priority accounts and segments Work with RevOps team on campaign reporting and attribution, including funnel conversion, sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, and ROI Translate positioning and messaging into campaign briefs, email copy, event promotion, landing pages, and sales support assets Identify what is working, what is not, and where to optimize across channel mix, message, and follow-up Help operationalize marketing use of AI tools for research, content repurposing, campaign production, and workflow speed What success looks like Events and webinars produce measurable pipeline, not just attendance Sales has tighter campaign coordination and better follow-up systems HubSpot campaigns, nurture flows, and reporting are live and reliable Marketing can clearly show pipeline contribution and learnings by channel The company has a repeatable operating rhythm for campaigns, field marketing, and lifecycle Required experience Has built demand gen programs from scratch at an early-stage or growth-stage company 4-7 years in demand generation, revenue marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing in B2B SaaS Hands-on experience running full-funnel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline Strong experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform Experience with webinars, email nurture, landing pages, event promotion, and campaign reporting Experience briefing and directing content production, but also needs strong writing and message adaptation skills Strong cross-functional partnership with sales and RevOps Ability to work as a hands-on builder in a lean team Comfortable using Claude to improve speed and execution quality Familiarity with campaign support, retargeting, paid amplification and Google ads familiarity Preferred experience Experience supporting account-based or sales-led GTM motions Field marketing or event marketing experience Experience creating sales support assets, talk tracks, or light enablement materials Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Candidate profile Pipeline-oriented, data-driven, and commercially minded Scrappy and fast-moving Strong operator, not just strategist Can shift between campaign build, event execution, analysis, and copy Comfortable in ambiguity and able to create structure
