$40 -$45 on W2 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support and optimize our marketing operations technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have expert-level Adobe Workfront Administration experience, strong Point development capabilities, and experience supporting marketing budget approval workflows and process automation initiatives. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Finance, IT, and external technology vendors to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, maintain system integrity, and drive adoption of marketing technologies. Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and optimize Adobe Workfront and related marketing technology platforms. Manage and enhance marketing enablement systems including Workfront, budget management tools, DAM platforms, and collaboration tools. Design, implement, and maintain workflows, automations, integrations, and approval processes. Collaborate with marketing, finance, IT, and external vendors to align system capabilities with business objectives. Support marketing budget management and approval workflows within Workfront. Develop and maintain Point sites, intake forms, automations, and API integrations. Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and seamless integration across connected systems. Create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and improve operational effectiveness. Lead content standardization efforts, including taxonomy, metadata, and version control governance. Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing system support. Coordinate testing, deployment, and implementation of new marketing technologies and enhancements. Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners. Required Qualifications Expert-level experience as an Adobe Workfront Administrator. Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion, including troubleshooting integrations and working with developers to resolve issues. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Point development experience, including: Building intake forms Creating and maintaining automations Developing site pages Managing API connections and integrations Experience with Microsoft Power Automate. Experience supporting marketing technology, marketing operations, and budget management workflows. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms. Experience working with enterprise marketing technology ecosystems. Familiarity with workflow automation and process improvement methodologies
