Analytics Full Job Description Growth & Marketing Manager Compensation:
$65k-$85k + performance bonus Build the growth engine behind a premium, rapidly growing gym brand. We've built: A strong, recognizable brand with a clear identity A premium training environment people genuinely care about High member engagement and loyalty An established content presence and aesthetic A product that already converts, without a sophisticated marketing engine Now we're looking for the person who can turn all of that into a scalable, measurable growth system. What This Role Is You own the systems that turn attention into members, and members into long-term clients You will: Work directly with ownership and leadership Have visibility into the full business (sales, operations, training) Own outcomes like lead volume, CPL, CAC, and funnel conversion Build systems that directly impact revenue This role is designed for someone who wants to take ownership early, move quickly, and grow into a high-impact position. You will be responsible for building and optimizing the full growth engine at Iron Culture.
That includes:
Paid and organic acquisition Funnel conversion Campaigns and offers Marketing analytics and reporting Directing content to support revenue Continuous testing and iteration What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) Consistent lead flow across locations Clear visibility into funnel performance At least 1-2 measurable improvements in conversion Campaigns running with structured testing A reporting system leadership uses weekly Who This Is For Someone who wants to own outcomes Someone who is comfortable working across marketing, sales, and operations Someone who moves quickly, tests ideas, and learns from data Someone who wants to grow into a high-impact role
