Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost engagement and brand visibility Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and campaign goals Utilize tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts efficiently while monitoring performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools Conduct social listening to gauge audience sentiment, identify trends, and inform content adjustments for maximum impact Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to optimize reach and return on investment Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, and creative departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding consistency Maintain active relationship management with influencers, partners, media outlets, and community stakeholders to foster brand loyalty and expand outreach Proofread all content meticulously to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice before publication Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and emerging social media tools to keep strategies innovative Qualifications Proven experience in social media management combined with expertise in social media marketing strategies Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for content creation Demonstrated ability in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content Knowledge of SEO principles, web analytics (Google Analytics), keyword research, and e-commerce fundamentals Experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation and audience engagement Familiarity with public relations tactics to enhance brand image through media outreach and community engagement Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communication Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Join us as we harness the power of digital storytelling!
