Technical Proficiency Full Job Description SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Group President, the Marketing Manager is responsible for leading Lithion's marketing activities, shaping and maintaining the company's brand identity, and driving measurable marketing outcomes with a strong focus on lead generation, campaign performance, and pipeline growth.

Marketing Coordinator
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Develops and executes a content strategy that aligns with our brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives Own and execute lead generation activities, ensuring content and campaigns drive measurable engagement and pipeline growth Manage external marketing agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and commercial objectives Create engaging, high-quality written content for multiple platforms, including website, social media, campaigns, and marketing material Oversee SEO strategy and website optimization to increase organic traffic and conversions Designs visually appealing graphics and assets to accompany written content, including social media posts, infographics, and illustrations etc. Manage and optimize content across digital platforms, ensuring consistency, quality, and effectiveness Manages content calendars, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content Own execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and website initiatives Conducts research and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content creation strategies Track and report content performance using analytics tools and making data-driven decisions to optimize content effectiveness and improve performance Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, engineering) to develop accurate and relevant content. Own and manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, campaign performance, and pipeline visibility Performs other duties outside their scope of work as assigned and required
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPENTENCIES
Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years' proven experience in marketing, including content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing, ideally within a B2B or technical environment Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms, such as content management systems, graphic design software, and social media scheduling tools Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO best practices, and content analytics Basic graphic design skills with knowledge of visual composition, typography, and image editing Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and exploring innovative content formats Proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on execution and continuous improvement CRM management experience Must be able to read, write and speak/understand English fluently
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role is conducted in an office environment requiring some or all the following: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk or workstation Repetitive hand and arm movements Occasional lifting to 50lbs may be required Frequent reaching, grasping, pushing or pulling, bending or twisting motions Walking short distances and standing for meetings or other office activities
