In this role, you will recruit, hire, and train a team of promoters while leading by example. You'll be responsible for managing multiple retail locations, conducting daily check-ins, and ensuring your team consistently generates high-quality leads and sets qualified appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train promoters
  • Actively promote our services inside the store
  • Manage and coach a team across multiple locations
  • Track performance and maintain high standards
What We're Looking For:
  • High-energy personality with a natural ability to attract and engage customers
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication abilities
  • Experience in retail sales or lead generation preferred
Compensation :
  • $60,000 base salary
