JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the marketing direction and management of the Domestic casino host team. Directs the development of strategic and annual business plans for increasing VIP and hosted revenue from the different hosting business channels. Responsible for the implementation and execution of these business plans in order to achieve desired revenue and profitability results. Additionally, responsible for creating a sales-oriented culture and environment that promotes increasing customer trips and driving VIP gross gaming revenues, teamwork, and unparalleled customer service and relationship building with our VIP and hosted customer segments. Finally, ensure performance standards are achieved with regards to operating procedures, internal audits, regulatory compliance, and budgeted expenses. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with Hosts; manage schedules, PTO/FTO reviews, and oversee the Service Ambassador team. Review and approve suites, offers, new business, expenses, reinvestment, and mass emails; maintain weekly host coding sheets and reporting. Develop and monitor initiatives including guest greet programs, unrated play programs, geo-fencing, host buddy system, host contests, event tracking, and task reporting. Run host funnels, generate leads, and track performance through reporting and analytics. Lead weekly floor meetings and provide regular updates on departmental initiatives and results. Ensure ethical leadership and full compliance with all laws, regulations, and Company policies; identify and mitigate compliance risks while fostering a culture of integrity and open reporting. Manage, coach, and develop a diverse sales force of casino hosts to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong VIP guest relationships. Prepare and manage annual business plans and budgets to drive revenue growth from domestic executive host channels. Serve as a positive, engaging leader who promotes teamwork, accountability, communication, and employee development; recognize and reward high performance. Act as a change agent by continuously improving policies, procedures, workflows, and program effectiveness. Resolve conflicts, set departmental vision, and align and inspire team members to achieve goals. Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient operations and a high level of guest satisfaction in a safe, welcoming environment. Recommend and implement changes to improve employee engagement and guest experience. WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Must be 21 years of age or older Proficient in English verbal and written Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in gaming or related roles. Financial and budget management experience preferred. Strong business acumen with proven project and operational management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to all organizational levels. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, direct, and manage multiple tasks and assignments effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and implement logical, cost-effective solutions impacting operations. Ability to analyze data, identify risks, and make sound business decisions. Willingness to travel as needed. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment Must be able to move in and around the Casino/Hotel areas and other special event promotion locations. Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period Respond to visual and aural cues. Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, and work at a desk.
